Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Hilton Head Distillery Toasted Coconut Rum
- 10 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz club soda
Directions
- Lightly press on the mint leaves to release aromatics and add into rocks glass
- Add rum, fresh lime juice and fill with ice
- Stir well and top with club soda
- Add mint sprig for garnish
