GT Outpost
The Outpost at Rackams is the newest venue opened by Cayman Spirits Co, the local distillery of the Cayman Islands. The venue offers rum tastings during the day. There is a selection of different rum flights available from The First Mate, to The Captain and The Admiral. There is a unique barrel wall feature that has a variety of one of a kind rums that are created and aged right there on site. You can sample from the barrel, or even pick up your own bottle and fill it directly from the barrel yourself. There are a variety of bottle sizes to choose from, or you can even bring your own bottle from home for a discount and to be more eco-friendly. The ocean side space is available as an event venue and food is available from Rackams Bar and Grill, located just down the back stairs from The Outpost.
