Eastern Star Bar & Fish Fry is home to the Cayman Islands premier beachside bar and fish fry. We offer a wide selection of locally caught fish, lobster, shrimp, and conch: pan-fried snapper, pan-fried mahi-mahi, pan-fried barracuda, pan-fried parrot fish, pan-fried wahoo pan and fried grouper fillet. We are located a short 30-minute journey from central George Town in the traditional fishing district of East End where gentle and tranquil breezes can be enjoyed daily on our beach under a coconut tree, with powder white sands between your toes under our beachside benches. For starters, there is our famous conch fritters. A favorite among the seafood lovers, our conch is well seasoned with herbs from the local countryside. Another favorite is our signature pan-fried lobster tails, this local delight is well worth it. Other available delectable eateries include our Saturday local dish menu of stew turtle, stew conch, Cayman style beef, Cayman style, lobster, BBQ chicken traditional Caymanian deserts of cassava cake and natural drinks such as tamarind and lemonade are available.
