The World Class Sunset Bar was a new addition to Cayman Cookout this year. The event took place on the rooftop patio at the Ritz-Carlton overlooking Cayman's famous Seven Mile Beach and providing a remarkable view of the sunset. Cayman's top DJs set the scene with their cool vibes whilst mixologists Amba Lamb and Simon Crompton whipped up some unique cocktails to top it off. Funnily enough this rooftop area has never been used in the past decade. Fingers crossed that the Ritz-Carlton sees the potential with this rooftop spot as I would definitely be willing to bring my friends by for some legendary sundowners.
