  Reservations require a 3-night minimum stay.
  Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival.
  100% of the reservation is forfeit for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival.
  No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows or early departures.
  
  Holiday Season (December 20 – January 3)
  Holiday bookings require a 7-night minimum stay.
  A 50% deposit is required to confirm a holiday booking.
  The remaining balance, as well as taxes and fees will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  Full payment is required for reservations made within 90 days of arrival.
  Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 90 days prior to arrival.
  100% of the reservation total is forfeit for cancellations received within 90 days of arrival.
