VIDA is a newly opened luxury boutique hotel located on the outskirts of Barkers National Park in West Bay Grand Cayman. VIDA's three pillars of wellness, adventure and sustainability are ingrained in everything we do. Our 12 luxurious contemporary suites consist of studios, two and three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, large patios, sea views and fully fitted kitchen and kitchenettes. Movement sessions will be hosted on our outdoor movement deck and inside our air conditioned gym while Meditations and Yoga Nidras will be hosted on our outdoor stillness deck. Nature guided runs, kitesurfing, mangrove tours and beach walks allow us to submerge ourselves in nature and enjoy the off the beaten track location which makes us unique. Nourish, our onsite eatery, offers a fantastic array of smoothies, coffee, juices, local beers, organic wines and an extensive local menu that has an island vibe and healthy twist. Our Guest Relations team will be on hand to assist with all of your activity, dining and entertainment requests and ensure your stay @ VIDA is a memorable one.
