Pool and ocean views from the living room and patio. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach, next door to the Marriott hotel and walking distance to EVERYTHING, including Camana Bay and many fantastic restaurants. The Complex is oceanfront and includes beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 swimming pools, whirlpool, tennis court, small gym and 2 barbeque grills. The gym has weights, treadmill and stationary bicycle. Free parking on the property. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, standard television package, high speed fibre optic internet and wifi. Televisions in the living room (Smart TV) and master bedroom. A cordless landline telephone is provided for unlimited local calling.

  Full refund net of $100 admin fee and cleaning fee for any unused nights if a hurricane watch is issued by local authorities over dates of booking.
