The guest bedroom has 2 twins that can easily be configured to a king bed. Colonial Kai is located in beautiful Rum Point and is in the Kaibo Yacht Club condo Phase II complex. There is a beautiful walking beach on premise, with large fresh water pool and heated jacuzzi. The condo is also equipped with full size front loading washer and dryer. The popular Kaibo Beach Grill and Bar is next door serving lunch and dinner. Rum Point Beach and the Red Sail Sports watersports operation is just around the corner - a 5 minute drive. You also have your own private BBQ grill and free use of a 1 person kayak plus a SUP - Stand Up Paddleboard! The condo is beach ready with 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and tote cooler. The calm waters in the surrounding area are ideal for kayaking.
